Welcome to STYLNIX. This website is operated by STYLNIX, based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to STYLNIX. By visiting our site and/or purchasing garments, accessories, or gadgets from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid phone number, and a current email address to complete the account registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. STYLNIX cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional verification may be required.
3. Product Descriptions
We strive for maximum accuracy in our listings for garments, accessories, and gadgets. However:
Garments & Accessories: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Minor variations in fabric texture or shade may occur.
Gadgets: Technical specifications are provided by manufacturers. While we verify information, we do not warrant that all gadget descriptions are error-free.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product stock exhaustion, inaccuracies in pricing, or detection of fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping across India. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.
STYLNIX is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or regional holidays in Ludhiana, Punjab, India or the destination state.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Indian e-commerce regulations:
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags (especially for garments and gadgets) intact.

7. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
For any unlawful purpose or to violate any international or local regulations.
To upload viruses, perform "scraping," or interfere with the security features of the website.
To infringe upon the intellectual property of STYLNIX.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall STYLNIX, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of our products (garments, accessories, or gadgets).
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
